How to View and Download Fund History and Transaction Reports

On BTCC, users can download transaction history and trading statements directly. Please note that self-service downloads are currently available on the Web terminal only and are not yet supported on the App.
I. Fund History
Visit the BTCC official website and log in to your account. Navigate to [Assets] → [Fund History] in the top-right corner. Filter by coin, type, and date range to download your desired records.
Downloads are supported for Futures, Spot, Wallet, and Futures Pro transaction records.
II. Transaction Report
Click the profile icon in the top-right corner → [Transaction Report]. Here, you can view and download records such as Trade History, Order History, and Open Orders.
Downloads are supported for Futures, Spot, and Futures Pro trading records.
