What is the VIP status protection period?
The VIP status protection period is a grace period that delays the downgrade of your VIP level if you don't fulfil your current VIP level's requirements.
If your total assets or 30-day futures trading volume fails to meet the required threshold, your VIP level may be downgraded, resulting in reduced benefits. However, ≥VIP3 members enjoy a VIP status protection period where they can keep their current VIP levels, allowing them to continue enjoying benefits such as discounted fees, birthday gifts, and dedicated support.
How to extend my VIP status protection period?
Higher VIP levels come with longer protection periods, giving you more time to meet the requirements and avoid downgrades.
If VIP requirements are not met, your level may be downgraded. However, ≥VIP3 users enjoy an extended downgrade protection period.
