How to Use the BTCC Official Verification Channel?

BTCC has launched the official verification channel. Users can enter information such as email addresses, URLs, or social media accounts to check and verify whether they are official channels, in order to prevent phishing and other high-risk activities.

 

Using the BTCC Official Verification Channel:

 

1.On the BTCC official website, scroll to the bottom, and go to the verification page via “BTCC Verify” under Services.

2. On the BTCC Verify page, click Website to open the drop-down list and select a channel.Enter the social media account ID, email address, or URL that you would like to check in the input box, and click Verify to run the check.

3. If the result confirms it is an official account, a green verification pop-up will appear. For example, searching the official email ([email protected]) will show results as illustrated below.

4. If the result confirms it is not an official account, a red verification pop-up will appear. For example, searching @BTCCexchange1 on X (Twitter) will show results as illustrated below. In this case, please refrain from clicking any links it posts to avoid potential asset loss.

5. Regarding Telegram account verification, please note: you should enter the username (e.g., @btccsvip) during verification, not the Bio. Be alert that scammers often impersonate official information in the “Bio” section while hiding the real account name to mislead users.

Friendly Reminder:


Please stay vigilant against impersonation: some fake accounts may disguise themselves as BTCC official accounts in their profile bios, or even copy official verification details to confuse users, but their account IDs are not the actual official accounts.

 

When using the BTCC Official Verification Channel, always verify whether the account ID itself is officially certified, rather than relying solely on the nickname, avatar, or bio. Make sure you copy and paste the account’s unique identifier (ID) to avoid being misled by high-imitation phishing accounts and to protect your assets.
