How to Withdraw Crypto from BTCC?
BTCC Support3 years ago
【Updated on August 25, 2026】
You can withdraw crypto from your BTCC account to another exchange or crypto wallet.
Before withdrawing, make sure the cryptocurrency, blockchain network, and withdrawal address match the details provided by the receiving platform. Selecting the wrong network or entering an incorrect address may result in your assets not being credited or becoming unrecoverable.
This guide explains how to withdraw crypto using the BTCC App.
1. Go to the Crypto Withdrawal Page
1. Log in to the BTCC App and tap [Assets] at the bottom of the screen.
2. Go to [Wallets] and tap [Withdraw].
3. On the withdrawal method page, select [Crypto Withdrawal] to withdraw assets to another exchange or wallet.
4. Select the cryptocurrency you want to withdraw, such as USDT, BTC, or XRP.
2. Enter Withdrawal Details
On the withdrawal page, complete the required information as prompted.
1) Enter the Withdrawal Address
First, go to the deposit page of the receiving exchange or wallet, select the same cryptocurrency, and copy the deposit address. Then return to BTCC and enter it under [Withdrawal address].
You can:
• Paste the withdrawal address directly
• Scan the QR code provided by the receiving platform
• Select a previously saved address
Before submitting, double-check that the address is complete and correct.
2) Select the Blockchain Network
Under [Blockchain network], select the network you want to use for the withdrawal.
The crypto network must match the deposit network selected on the receiving exchange or wallet.
For example:
• If the recipient provides a USDT-TRON (TRC20) deposit address, select [TRON(TRC20)] on BTCC.
• If the recipient provides a BTC address on the Bitcoin network, select [Bitcoin] on BTCC.
Selecting the wrong network may result in your assets not being credited or becoming unrecoverable. Always verify the network before submitting your withdrawal.
3) Enter a Tag If Required
Some cryptocurrencies or blockchain networks require a Tag or other identifier in addition to the deposit address.
For example, some exchanges require both an address and a Destination Tag when receiving XRP.
If a [Destination tag] field appears on the BTCC withdrawal page:
1. Go to the deposit page of the receiving platform.
2. Copy the Destination Tag provided by the platform.
3. Return to BTCC and enter it exactly in the corresponding field.
Do not enter a Tag yourself or omit one if the receiving platform requires it. An incorrect or missing Tag may prevent your assets from being credited automatically.
4) Enter the Withdrawal Amount
Enter the amount you want to withdraw under [Withdrawal amount], or tap [All] to withdraw your available balance.
The page will display your [Available balance] and [Withdrawal limit]. Please refer to the amount shown on the page for the actual amount available for withdrawal.
5) Select the Withdrawal Address Platform
Under [Withdrawal Address Platform], select the exchange, wallet, or other platform receiving the assets.
If you select [Other], provide the required withdrawal address information as prompted.
6) Check the Fee and Receive Amount
After entering your withdrawal details, the page will display:
• [Fee]
• [Receive Amount]
Once you have confirmed that all information is correct, tap [Submit].
3. Complete Safety Verification
After submitting your withdrawal request, complete [Safety Verification] as prompted.
Depending on your account security settings, you may be required to enter:
• Fund Password
• Email verification code
• Mobile number verification code
• Other enabled security verification methods
Once verification is complete, tap [Confirm] to submit your withdrawal request.
4. Wait for Review and Crediting
After your withdrawal request is submitted, BTCC will conduct a security review.
Under normal circumstances, withdrawal requests are reviewed and approved within approximately 10 minutes. In rare cases, a withdrawal may require manual review to help protect your account and funds, which may result in a longer processing time.
Once approved, the transaction will be submitted to the blockchain network. The actual arrival time depends on the confirmation speed of the relevant blockchain and the crediting requirements of the receiving platform.
You can tap the history icon in the top-right corner of the withdrawal page to check your withdrawal status.
FAQs
Q: Why do I need to confirm the blockchain network before withdrawing?
The same cryptocurrency may be supported on multiple blockchain networks.
When withdrawing, the network selected on BTCC must match the deposit network provided by the receiving platform or wallet.
For example, if the recipient selects USDT-TRC20, you should also select [TRON(TRC20)] on BTCC.
If the networks do not match, your assets may not be credited correctly and could become unrecoverable.
