1. What Is Smart Copy Trading?

Smart Copy Trading is the latest upgrade to BTCC’s Futures Copy Trading product—an enhanced and more user-friendly mode designed to lower the barrier for users, improve trading efficiency, and help users achieve copy trading profits easily and effectively.

This new mode calculates investment amounts and sets trade parameters automatically based on the trader’s margin ratio. Every time a trader opens a position, the system calculates the follower’s order amount according to the trader’s margin-to-equity ratio and replicates the trader’s order parameters.

Example:

If a trader has $10,000 USDT in account equity and opens a 5x leverage long position on BTCUSDT Perpetual using $1,000 USDT (10% of equity), then when you follow with a $1,000 USDT investment, the system will automatically allocate $1,000 × 10% = $100 USDT as your copy trade position margin, using 5x leverage to go long BTCUSDT Perpetual.

With BTCC Smart Copy Trading, you only need to set your investment amount—no need to configure complex parameters. The trader will manage the position’s risk and return, allowing you to profit through copy trading efficiently and easily.
