What are Futures Pro Trading Funds?

 

Futures Pro Trading Funds are rewards distributed to BTCC users through various operational and Promotional campaigns. They can be used in BTCC’s Futures Pro trading Products. The purpose of the Futures Pro Trading Funds is to allow users to experience BTCC’s Futures Pro Products and trading in a real trading environment without risk.

 

Are Futures Pro Trading Funds the same as real funds?

 

Futures Pro Trading Funds are different from real funds. They are credited to the user’s Futures Pro trading account as trial funds, but they are not real funds. These funds can only be used for trading in Futures Pro Products. They cannot be transferred to the spot wallet for spot trading or withdrawn directly.

 

However, any Profits generated from using the Futures Pro Trading Funds in Futures Pro trading can be withdrawn, and any losses can also be offset by the Futures Pro Trading Funds.

 

Rules for Using Futures Pro Trading Funds

 

1. Futures Pro Trading Funds can be used as margin in Futures Pro trading, and can also offset trading losses and funding fees;

 

2. When offsetting relevant fees, the Funds can cover the Proportion of funding fees and trading losses indicated on the voucher;
(1) When the Futures Pro Trading Funds are insufficient, they will be deducted Proportionally first, and then the remaining amount will be deducted from real funds;
(2) If real funds are insufficient, real funds will be deducted Proportionally, and the remaining amount will be deducted from the Funds until the required amount is covered;

 

3. Futures Pro Trading Funds cannot be withdrawn, but Profits generated from trading with the Funds can be withdrawn;

 

4. The Funds can only be used to open a position when the available margin in the Futures Pro account (excluding the Funds) is greater than or equal to the opening fee;

 

5. Users can only use one Trading Fund voucher at a time. When redeeming a new voucher, if there is an active Fund in use, the system will reclaim the current Funds before the new redemption is applied;

 

6. The Funds will be cleared if not used within the valid period, or if a fund transfer occurs in the Futures Pro account.

 

Clearing and Reclaim Mechanism of Futures Pro Trading Funds

 

1. Expiry reclaim: When a voucher expires or the Funds are unused after the validity period, the unused Funds will be reclaimed and cleared by the system;

If the Funds are occupied by open positions and the real funds are less than the required margin, the reclaim will be postponed until the position is closed and the Funds are released, then the reclaim will be executed;

 

2. When funds are transferred out of the Futures Pro account, all unused redeemed Funds will be reclaimed and cleared;

 

3. Only one Trading Fund voucher can be used at a time. If a second voucher is redeemed, the remaining unused balance of the first one will be reclaimed and cleared by the system; If the Funds are occupied by open positions, a new voucher cannot be redeemed;

 

4. Malicious use will result in risk-control reclaim and clearing (e.g., abnormal accounts will be manually deducted by the backend).

 

How to Check Your Futures Pro Trading Fund Voucher?

 

• APP: Go to Assets – Futures Pro to view the vouchers and balance of your Futures Pro Trading Funds.

• Web: Go to Assets – My vouchers – Futures Pro tab to view the vouchers and balance of your Futures Pro Trading Funds.

 

 

How to Redeem and Use Futures Pro Trading Fund Vouchers?

 

APP:

1. Register and log in to your BTCC account, tap Assets – Futures Pro to open the Futures Pro assets page, then tap the voucher to open the list of available Futures Pro Trading Fund voucher;

 

2. Find the Trading Fund you want to convert, check the usage conditions, and tap the 「Convert」 button;

 

3. If there are active Futures Pro Trading Funds in use, converting a new Trading Fund will automatically invalidate and reclaim the current Funds. A second confirmation will be required to proceed.

 

4. After redemption, go to the Futures Pro trading page and check the current Futures Pro Trading Funds balance in 「Assets」 at the bottom right corner.

 

PC:

 

1. Register and log in to your BTCC account, then go to Assets – My vouchers – Futures Pro tab to open the list of Futures Pro Trading Fund Vouchers obtained via redemption;

 

2. Find the Futures Pro Trading Fund Voucher you want to redeem, confirm the usage conditions, and click the 「obtained via redemption」;

 

3. If there are active Futures Pro Trading Funds in use, redeeming a new voucher will invalidate and reclaim the current Funds. A second confirmation will be required to Proceed;

 

4. After redemption, go to the Futures Pro trading page and check the current Futures Pro Trading Funds balance in Assets at the bottom right corner.

If a user is found to be engaging in abnormal trading or maliciously exploiting the Trading Funds, BTCC reserves the right to take corresponding actions against the account to recover losses.
