Ricardo Salinas Boosts Bitcoin Holdings, Calls It the Future

Mexico's third-richest man just loaded up on more BTC—and he's not mincing words about its dominance.

Salinas, a longtime crypto evangelist, told Bloomberg his portfolio now holds 'substantially more' bitcoin than last year. The move comes as institutional adoption hits record highs—while traditional banks scramble to retrofit their 19th-century ledgers.

Why the bullish bet? 'Fiat is failing,' he shrugged, pointing to Argentina's hyperinflation and the Fed's balance sheet bloat. 'Smart money doesn't wait for permission.'

The kicker? His bank, Banco Azteca, still won't touch crypto. Some revolutions start from the inside.
