According to the official announcement from Upbit, MOODENG trading will begin on July 3 at 17:00 Korean Standard Time (KST). “Please make sure to verify the network before depositing any digital assets. Deposits and withdrawals through networks other than the specified one will not be supported. After the deposit/withdrawal service starts, if a sufficient level of liquidity is not secured, the trading support start time may be delayed,” the announcement read.
This listing announcement propelled the token from around $0.166 to $0.231 within minutes, marking an increase of more than 39%. The price experienced a slight correction afterward.
Still, the spike contributed to an overall appreciation of 50.7% over the past day. This uptick has made MOODENG one of the top daily gainers on CoinGecko.
Meanwhile, the coin’s market capitalization ROSE sharply, climbing from approximately $165 million to over $200 million. The news also triggered substantial activity, as evidenced by the rise in volume.
According to CoinGecko data, the meme coin’s trading volume soared to $370.6 million in the last 24 hours, marking a remarkable 608.6% increase from the previous day.
