Robinhood Speculates on Flies, Solana on Cats

Despite Bitcoin's pullback, the US stock meme play continues.

As the only innovative narrative right now, the US stock meme play is still going strong. There isn't much new innovation—it's mainly different narratives competing for attention.

Let's look at the Robinhood chain first.

On September 3, the journal Cell published a paper: a group of researchers mapped the entire central nervous system of a male fruit fly from start to finish. It contains 166,700 neurons and 124 million connections, and the map is open source.
So developers turned it into a massive, biologically sourced neural network and ran it. The specifics of how they ran it are quite technical and hard to understand. Simply put, they gave this map eyes and hands. So some fruit flies are playing games, and some are trading coins.

For example, a coin called FLYBRAIN currently has the most traffic. Because a16z co-founder Marc Andreessen followed the project's official X account, people are comparing it to GOAT, the AI project from 2024.

FLYBRAIN's liquidity pool trading pair is GOOGL, because Google is also involved in this matter. However, the pool's liquidity is not large. After a16z followed, it surged to 60 million, then fell back to 30 million.
There are also a bunch of other fly-related tokens. Basically, the Robinhood chain is all about flies today. With dozens of meme tokens in the same pool, it's hard to choose. Right now, it seems you still need KOLs to promote, or some unique data with huge pools. Homogeneity is quite serious.

Solana Is Taking a Different Pool Approach

On Solana, it feels like fewer people are paying attention, but it's also quite interesting.

The core still revolves around the StonkFun platform. ZCAT has surpassed 100 million, with ZEC as the pool. So everyone is still playing the "cat + major altcoin" theme.

RAYCAT is paired with RAY, LEVERCAT with xSOL, STONKCAT with STONK, and Backpack with BP.
They all use a dividend mechanism, because ZCAT takes a 3% fee on every transfer, and that money is used to buy ZEC, which is then distributed to holders based on their holdings. Backpack distributes BP, and STONKCAT pays dividends in STONK.

For example, STONKCAT's pool is STONK. Today STONK hit a new high, and sentiment was ignited. Actually, there is another token with a larger market cap in the STONK pool, KNOTS, with a similar play, but the cat sentiment on top of it has created expectations.
 

BSC Has No New Tokens

After 4Stock quickly got listed on Binance Alpha a few days ago, there haven't been many new stock meme tokens. Many new tokens still use BNC4 as the pool, and it all depends on whether the meme ticker has any novelty, which makes it hard to play. The rest is just the bull coin being washed back and forth.
