Sensex, Nifty trade near day’s low after strong start, US Fed rate cut lifts IT stocks - Infosys, Wipro lead gainers

Indian markets opened with fireworks only to fizzle into afternoon caution—classic volatility theater.

Fed's Gift to Tech

Wall Street's rate cut decision sent shockwaves across Mumbai, catapulting IT heavyweights Infosys and Wipro into the green zone. Because nothing says 'global economy' like American monetary policy dictating Indian sector movements.

Midday Retreat

Early gains evaporated faster than retail investor optimism. Sensex and Nifty both hover near session lows—proving once again that momentum here has the attention span of a crypto trader during a bull run.

Another day, another reminder that markets love drama more than fundamentals. But hey—at least the IT crowd gets to celebrate before the next correction hits.
