TCS Secures 5-Year Vodafone AI Transformation Deal - Legacy Systems Get Brain Transplant

TCS just landed the whale contract—five years of AI overhaul work for Vodafone Idea's creaking business systems. Because nothing says 'digital transformation' like handing a legacy telco an artificial intelligence lifeline.
The overhaul cuts straight to the chase: automate everything, optimize processes, and maybe—just maybe—make customer service slightly less painful. Vodafone’s betting big on algorithms to outpace rivals who’ve already embraced tech-driven operations.
Finance types are already placing bets on whether this move stabilizes Vodafone Idea's balance sheet—or just gives it a more expensive way to lose money. After all, nothing fixes poor margins like a five-year IT services contract.
