Strong Q1 results
Investor sentiment has been buoyed by Waaree’s strong Q1FY26 performance. The company posted its highest-ever quarterly module production of 2.3 GW, supported by ramping cell capacity. Revenue ROSE 31.5 per cent year-on-year to ₹4,597.2 crore, while EBITDA jumped 82.6 per cent to ₹1,168.7 crore, expanding margins to 25.4 per cent. Net profit surged 92.7 per cent to ₹772.9 crore.
Strong order book
As of June 2025, Waaree’s order book stood at nearly ₹49,000 crore, providing strong revenue visibility. Management highlighted robust demand from India and the US, citing long-term drivers such as AI-driven data centres, reshoring of manufacturing, and transportation electrification.
The stock, listed in October 2024 at an issue price of ₹1,503, has delivered 139 per cent returns since debut.
