Meanwhile, QIBs’ window of Sri Lotus Developers and Realty saw a subscription of 163.90 times and NIIs by 67.71 times; retail and employee was subscribed 20.28 times and 19.84 times respectively.
Sri Lotus Developers and Realty launched IPO worth ₹792 crore — entirely a fresh issue — at a price band of ₹140-150. As part of the IPO, Sri Lotus Developers has garnered ₹237 crore from anchor investors, by allotting 1.58 crore shares at ₹150 a share. The company was backed by Shah Rukh Khan and Amitabh Bachchan, among famous film personalities, in the pre-IPO round of fund-raising.
The ₹650-crore IPO of M&B Engineering was a mix of fresh issue worth ₹275 crore and an OFS of ₹375 crore. Proceeds from the fresh issue will be used for purchasing equipment and machinery for the company’s manufacturing facilities, payment of debt, working capital requirements and general corporate purposes.
The respective portions of QIBs, NIIs, retail investors and employee portions were subscribed 36.72 times, 38.24 times, 35.25 times and 8.13 times.
Earlier, the company garnered nearly ₹291.6 crore from anchor investors.
