Vitalik & Ethereum Foundation Drop Bombshell: ’Trustlessness Manifesto’ Now Immortalized On-Chain
Blockchain's holy grail gets a radical rewrite—no intermediaries, no excuses.
The Code Is The Contract
Ethereum's architects just hard-coded their philosophy into the blockchain itself. The 'Trustlessness Manifesto' isn't just a white paper—it's live, unchangeable, and eating bankers' lunch.
Why This Cuts Deep
Vitalik's crew didn't just publish another PDF. They deployed trust minimization as permanent infrastructure—while Wall Street still struggles with fax machines.
The Irony Stings
Finance bros will spin this as 'disruptive.' Meanwhile, the smart money's already writing smart contracts that bypass their entire industry.
The ethereum Foundation announced on X that its Account Abstraction team, along with Vitalik Buterin, has released a “Trustlessness Manifesto.” The document reaffirms Ethereum’s mission to enable coordination without trusted intermediaries, focusing on credible neutrality, self-custody, and verifiability rather than mere financial efficiency. The manifesto is permanently stored on-chain in an ownerless, adminless contract. Its only function, pledge(), records the pledger’s address and timestamp, emitting aevent.
