I am trying to understand what a CORE exchange is. I've heard the term before but I'm not sure exactly what it means or how it works. Can someone explain this concept to me in simple terms?
When acquiring a component labeled as a "core part," an additional fee known as the CORE charge must be paid along with the price of the part.
