Quick Heal partners with BHASHINI to deliver multilingual cybersecurity solutions

Breaking the language barrier in digital protection—Quick Heal just turbocharged its cybersecurity arsenal by partnering with BHASHINI.

Why it matters: As cyber threats go global, monolingual security tools might as well be Swiss cheese. This collab plugs the gaps with AI-driven multilingual defense—because hackers don’t care if you speak Hindi or Python.

The cynical finance twist: Meanwhile, traditional banks are still using fax machines for fraud alerts.

Bottom line: When cybercriminals evolve, cybersecurity adapts—or dies. Quick Heal chose adaptation.

Data privacy focus

A key application will be Seqrite’s consent and preference management solution, which will provide localised consent notice interfaces aligned with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. Users will be able to review and respond to data collection notices in their preferred language.

Sanjay Katkar, Joint Managing Director at Quick Heal, emphasised that the collaboration aims to ensure digital safety becomes accessible regardless of language proficiency. The partnership comes as cyberattacks increase and data protection regulations take effect in India.

Quick Heal serves over 30,000 enterprises across 70 countries, while BHASHINI operates under Digital India Corporation to eliminate language barriers through AI technology.

The shares of Quick Heal Technologies Limited ended on the NSE today at ₹286.60, up by ₹1.50 or 0.53 per cent.
