LIC Shares Rocket 3% on Q1 Profit Surge – Analysts Boost Targets as Momentum Builds

India's insurance behemoth LIC just flexed its muscles with a 5% profit jump—sending shares up 3% as Wall Street scrambles to adjust targets.
Why the Street's buzzing: When a state-backed giant like LIC starts outperforming, even cynical traders pause their crypto memes to pay attention. The Q1 numbers suggest the old-school insurer might finally be learning some new tricks.
Targets in the crosshairs: Analysts are hastily revising projections upward, though let's be real—their models are about as reliable as a DeFi oracle during a flash crash. Still, momentum breeds momentum.
The bottom line: In a market obsessed with disruptors, LIC's steady growth proves dinosaurs can still roar—at least until the next crypto bull run sucks all the oxygen out of the room.
