Public Listing Plans
American Bitcoin plans to go public through a merger with Gryphon Digital Mining, a crypto mining company already listed on the Nasdaq exchange. The deal will be structured as a stock swap using the American Bitcoin brand.
Eric TRUMP will join the board of directors following the merger. Existing American Bitcoin shareholders will hold 98% of the newly formed public entity.

A Hut 8 spokesperson confirmed that the Dubai office has no connection to American Bitcoin operations. The UAE has become a popular destination for crypto companies due to favorable regulations and tax structure.
