Solana’s Solaxy Hits $6M+ Volume Post-DEX Launch – Is This the Altcoin to Watch as SOL Pumps 7%?

Solana's ecosystem flexes its muscles again as Solaxy's DEX debut racks up $6 million in trades—just as SOL surges 7% in 24 hours. Traders are piling in, but is this another 'buy the rumor' trap?

Why Solaxy's launch matters

While every man and his dog launches a DEX these days, Solaxy's $6M opening vol suggests real liquidity. No vaporware here—just traders chasing that sweet, sweet yield while SOL rides its momentum wave.

The SOL connection

Solana's 7% pump isn't coincidental. The chain's defi revival keeps attracting capital, and projects like Solaxy are the beneficiaries. Whether this sustains depends on whether SOL holds above key resistance—or if this is another 'institutional inflow' fairytale.

Altcoin roulette

Sure, $6M volume is decent for a new DEX. But let's not pretend this isn't crypto casino logic—where every minor success sparks 'next 100x' delusions. Smart money's already eyeing the exit liquidity.

Solaxy Launches with a Bang – $6M+ Volume and Thousands of New Holders

It didn’t take long for Solaxy to live up to the hype.

The SOLX token went live yesterday, dipped briefly after launch as presale buyers sold off their profits, and then ripped right back up – now trading around $0.001113.

That’s more than 60% higher than this time yesterday. Across Uniswap and Raydium, the token’s already seen over $6.4 million in spot volume, and wallets are leaning heavily on the buy side.

The SOLX presale officially wrapped up yesterday afternoon, raising just over $58 million – making it the biggest Solana-based presale ever.

Even crypto whales were getting involved before the presale ended.

And to top it off, Solaxy’s team burned 55 billion tokens before launch (that’s 40% of the supply gone), and opened up token claims right as trading began.

The bridge connecting Solana, Ethereum, and Solaxy also went live – powered by Hyperlane tech – and there are already over 29,000 holders split across the two chains.

All of this has helped Solaxy reach 73,000 followers on X (Twitter).

What is Solaxy & Why is Everyone So Hyped?

Solaxy is a Layer-2 network built to make Solana scale – without crashing during periods of heavy trading.

Most traders know that Solana can get congested when things heat up.

Solaxy comes in as a partner, handling most of the traffic off-chain so the Solana mainnet can breathe.

It uses rollup technology – similar to what you see on Arbitrum or Optimism – to process transactions off-chain and then “batch” them back to Solana for settlement.

That means faster speeds, lower fees, and fewer failed transactions when the network’s busy.

Solaxy also links up with ethereum through a bridge, allowing users to enjoy the speed of Solana while accessing Ethereum’s liquidity.

The SOLX token manages staking, governance, and gas fees.

Solaxy is built to be flexible, allowing developers to plug in their own custom setups for DeFi, gaming, and more.

No surprise that the experts from Cryptonews are calling it a “new 10x project.”

What’s Coming Next? Solaxy Lays Out Exciting Roadmap for 2025

If you think the SOLX launch was the main event, then you’re in for a surprise.

The Solaxy Wiki goes live on June 29 so devs and validators can get a closer look at the network’s tech.

On June 30, staking rewards become available for those who locked their tokens up during the presale.

Then on July 7, the real action begins: Solaxy’s full mainnet goes live.

That means scalable, low-fee transactions, a block explorer so users can track activity, and a bridge that lets you move assets directly between Solaxy and Ethereum – no need to route through Solana.

A week later, on July 14, Neptoon DEX launches, giving users a native way to trade tokens on Solaxy.

And after that, on July 21, comes the Igniter Protocol – a token launchpad that makes creating new meme coins easy.

Solaxy’s team plans to give the community a sneak peek at Igniter today.

With congestion fixes, faster speeds, and tools that empower builders, Solaxy is working to future-proof the Solana ecosystem.

That’s why yesterday’s SOLX token launch has been so well-received.

SOLX can currently be bought on Uniswap and Raydium, with its first CEX listings set to follow shortly.
