This year’s summit, held from June 26 to 27 at the COEX Auditorium in Seoul, convened innovators and thought leaders from the worlds of AI, blockchain, NFTs, and the metaverse. The alliance works within the Act on Reporting and Using Specific Financial Transaction Information framework, one of the most stringent crypto regulatory regimes globally.
Through this integration, BYDFi now fully complies with South Korea’s VIRTUAL Asset Service Provider (VASP) regulations, including transaction monitoring and identity verification protocols, ensuring cross-platform transfers are secure and legally compliant.
Michael emphasized that aligning with regulatory standards is essential for sustainable, long-term growth. He explained that BYDFi’s decision to join the CODE VASP Alliance reflects the company’s dedication to cooperating closely with regulators while maintaining a strong focus on protecting user privacy and securing customer assets.
