Shiba Inu Zero Elimination on the Line as Bitcoin Nears $100K Rebound
Shiba Inu (SHIB) is facing a critical juncture as Bitcoin (BTC) gears up for a potential reclaim of the $100,000 level, with analysts warning that the meme coin's failure to sustain momentum could trigger a sharp 10% correction in its value. The dog-themed cryptocurrency, which lost a decimal zero in late 2025 only to regain it amid a November downturn, now hinges on a broader market resurgence to attempt another zero deletion. As BTC edges closer to the psychological $100K milestone, SHIB's price action suggests that a breakout is not guaranteed, leaving traders on edge over the token's next decisive move.
Will Shiba Inu Delete A Zero If Bitcoin Hits $100,000?

Shiba Inu (SHIB) seems to be following Bitcoin’s (BTC) trajectory. BTC recently experienced a steep rally, hitting $80,000 after months of struggle. BTC’s rally pulled the larger market with it. SHIB joined in on the fun as well, briefly reclaiming $0.000006. However, BTC’s price has since dipped to the $78,000 mark, and SHIB has also faced a correction following BTC’s dip. The movements seem to suggest that SHIB is currently moving in tandem with BTC.

Now the question is if Bitcoin (BTC) can hit $100,000 by the end of this year, and if Shiba Inu (SHIB) will then finally delete a zero. Wall Street firms, Bernstein and Standard chartered anticipate BTC to hit $100,000 by the end of this year. Bernstein predicts BTC to hit $125,000, while Standard Chartered predicts BTC to test its previous peak of $126,000. Such a scenario could potentially push SHIB to the $0.00001 price level or beyond.
Nonetheless, there are challenges for Shiba Inu (SHIB). The recent cryptocurrency market rally was likely fueled by President Trump’s statement that the US may purchase a large amount of cryptocurrencies and the US Treasuries decision to increase bond buybacks. However, the Treasury will have to refill its coffers and the liquidity may flow out of the crypto market. Such a move could lead to Shiba Inu (SHIB) and other cryptocurrencies facing a price dip. If BTC’s rally falters, SHIB will likely not delete a zero.
