Bitcoin's momentum gets a massive boost from Central Asia's accelerating adoption—while Hyper's presale rockets past $15 million, proving institutional money still chases the shiniest objects.

Regional Rally

Central Asian nations are diving headfirst into crypto infrastructure, driving fresh capital and legitimacy into Bitcoin's ecosystem. Mining operations expand, regulatory frameworks loosen, and retail adoption spikes—creating a perfect storm for BTC demand.

Presale Frenzy

Hyper’s presale hitting $15 million signals relentless appetite for high-risk, high-reward entries—even as traditional VCs pretend to care about 'tokenomics' while secretly FOMO-ing into the next memecoin.

Market Impact

Bitcoin’s price isn’t just reacting—it’s anticipating. Central Asia’s embrace adds geopolitical weight, while presale mania reminds everyone that in crypto, rationality always takes a backseat to greed.

So while bankers still debate 'store of value,' Bitcoin and its chaotic cousins keep printing—and outperforming—every traditional asset class. Funny how that works.

Bitcoin Market Cap

Meanwhile, bitcoin Hyper, a new Layer 2 presale project, has crossed $15 million raised, signaling investor appetite for scalable Bitcoin-based innovation.

Kyrgyzstan Moves First in Central Asia’s Bitcoin Reserve Strategy

Kyrgyzstan has officially approved a framework to create a strategic Bitcoin reserve, making it one of the first countries in Central Asia to do so.

According to Economy Minister Bakyt Sydykov, only 10% of the country’s hydro potential is currently utilized, leaving room for clean-energy Bitcoin mining at scale.

The initiative is designed to reduce dependence on foreign monetary systems and leverage Bitcoin as a sovereign asset.

The Kyrgyz crypto market is growing fast. In the first seven months of 2025, local crypto platforms processed over $11 billion, more than 200 times the volume seen in 2022.

While some platforms have faced scrutiny due to Russian sanctions, Kyrgyz authorities are positioning Bitcoin as a neutral and resilient tool for national growth. Fifteen new hydro plants are currently under development to support mining infrastructure.

Senator Lummis Pushes U.S. Bitcoin Reserve Legislation

In Washington, Senator Cynthia Lummis has reintroduced the “Bitcoin Act,” which WOULD authorize up to one million BTC in U.S. federal reserves.

She also called for updated digital asset tax laws, arguing that current IRS rules unfairly target crypto users.

Her comments came as bipartisan support grows for treating Bitcoin not just as a speculative asset but as digital infrastructure for long-term financial resilience.

This legislative momentum is adding fuel to Bitcoin’s bullish narrative, as institutions, ETFs, and nation-states position BTC as both a hedge and a strategic store of value.

On-chain data continues to show steady accumulation by long-term holders and corporate treasuries.

BTC Technicals: Bullish Setup Tightens Above $114K

Bitcoin is consolidating around $114,070, trading inside an ascending triangle on the 4-hour chart. The 50-EMA ($111,731) has crossed above the 200-EMA ($112,534), a textbook bullish signal.

Momentum is supported by higher lows since late August, and the RSI at 62 suggests further upside without overextension.

If BTC closes above $115,400 with volume, price targets extend to $117,150 and $118,600. A failure to break could trigger a retest of the $113,395 pivot or even the $110,000–$108,450 support zone.

The Bitcoin Price Prediction

Candlestick patterns show buying pressure building, with recent dojis followed by bullish closes confirming buyer conviction.

Traders are watching the $115K–$118K zone closely. A MOVE above $118,600 could open the path to $130,000 in the coming weeks.

Weekly Chart Forecast: Higher Zones Ahead

Bitcoin’s weekly chart remains in a rising channel, anchored by strong demand NEAR $110,000. The next resistance levels are at $124,750 and $134,500, with Fibonacci projections pointing to $171,000 and $231,000 long term.

The 50-week SMA at $95,928 provides structural support, while the RSI at 62 confirms bullish momentum without overbought conditions.

Bitcoin Price

For long-term investors, dips below $105,000 may offer strong buying opportunities.

With global issuance slowing and geopolitical demand increasing, Bitcoin’s price path appears primed for expansion – especially as new infrastructure like Bitcoin Hyper widens the network’s utility layer.

Bitcoin Hyper Presale Hits $15M Milestone

Bitcoin Hyper

As Bitcoin gains momentum, Bitcoin Hyper ($HYPER) is emerging as the most hyped BTC-linked presale of 2025.

Built on the Solana VIRTUAL Machine, Bitcoin Hyper is the first Bitcoin-native Layer 2 chain to leverage Solana’s speed for Bitcoin infrastructure.

It aims to power lightning-fast smart contracts, scalable dApps, and meme coin creation – all secured by Bitcoin’s Core protocol.

The presale has now raised over $15.25 million, with the token price at $0.012895 and a supply cap nearing allocation.

The project has been audited by Consult and features staking, wallet integrations, and an ecosystem designed for both developers and DeFi users.
