BTC bulls charge toward $100K as institutional inflows hit record levels—just as Wall Street analysts finish downgrading their price targets.

ETH rockets past $8,000, leaving gas fees so high even Visa blinked. Layer-2 solutions now process more transactions than the base chain (irony: still called ’Ethereum killers’).

Altcoin rally spreads beyond memecoins—this week’s narrative? ’AI-powered blockchain oracles.’ Because nothing says decentralization like trusting a black box.

Regulators remain ’deeply concerned’ while quietly approving their third Bitcoin ETF this month. Banking lobbyists now demanding ’fair competition’ against DeFi protocols they mocked three years ago.

Is Bitcoin about to mark a new all-time high soon?

Bitcoin is currently trading at around $104,011, up 7% in the past 7 days, with some analysts eyeing a push toward $105,000 or beyond. After reclaiming the $100,000 milestone earlier this month, BTC has shown resilience despite short-term volatility.

In Bitcoin’s recent rally, institutional accumulation remains a key driver, with companies like Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy) boosting their reserves to over 568,000 Bitcoin and Marathon Digital expanding its mining capacity.

While analyzing the Bitcoin price chart, popular technical indicators—such as the rising 50-day and 200-day moving averages—indicate sustained bullish momentum; however, some traders expect a brief consolidation before a fresh breakout.

Ethereum Gains 4.43%

Ethereum has gained 4.43% in the past 24 hours and is currently trading at approximately $2,624. It has gained a mammoth 43% in the past 7 days. This rally follows a dramatic 20% breakout earlier in May, driven by institutional adoption and the successful rollout of the Pectra upgrade, which has slashed gas fees and enhanced staking efficiency.

The ETH/BTC ratio, rebounding from historic lows, underscores Ethereum’s growing strength relative to Bitcoin, with some traders predicting a test of the $2,800–$2,900 resistance zone soon.

Altcoin Movements: Solana, XRP See Decent Gains

Altcoins are showing signs of life as Bitcoin’s dominance softens, with several leading alts posting decent gains. solana (SOL) has climbed 4% to $180, while XRP has gained nearly 3% to $2.61 in the past 24 hours.

Other notable altcoins include Raydium’s RAY, which has spiked, followed by WAL with a 12% gain and ENA with a 10% gain. On the losing side, WIF is on top as it declines 4%, while EOS, BRETT, and VIRTUAL have dropped 2% today.
