Is rose a layer 1?
Could you please clarify for me if rose qualifies as a layer 1? I've been trying to understand the intricacies of blockchain technology and its various layers, but I'm still a bit hazy on the specifics. Layer 1, as I understand, refers to the main blockchain protocol itself, but I'm not sure if rose fits into that category. Could you enlighten me on this matter?
