I'm trying to understand why my funds in Coinbase are being held. I was expecting to use them, but they're currently unavailable. What could be the reason for this hold?

If you wish to release your funds from being on hold, you will need to cancel the associated open order.

Once the order is canceled, the funds will be released and will appear in your available balance.

Funds that are placed on hold are those that are reserved specifically for open orders.
