I want to know how to delete workouts on the sweat app. I have some old workouts that I no longer need and want to remove them from the app to keep it organized.

Upon swiping left, a delete option will appear.

Selecting the delete option will permanently remove the workout from your record.

It's important to note that deleting a workout will also result in the removal of a trophy associated with that goal.
