What are the raze nerfs?

I've been playing a lot of Valorant recently and I've noticed some changes to Raze's abilities. Her damage output seems to have decreased and some of her utility skills don't seem as effective. I'm wondering if these are intentional nerfs to balance the game or if there's something else I'm missing.
