Who created PulseX?

PulseX was created by a 19-year-old Garage producer named Youngstar, who released the track on January 14th, 2002. The song is often regarded as the 'first Grime single' due to its significant influence on the early Grime scene in London. Pulse X's sparse 808 drum pattern and distorted bass, combined with its minimalist approach, pushed the boundaries of the then-emerging Grime genre.
