I have some EGC points and I'm wondering how I can redeem them. I've looked around but can't seem to find a clear answer on the redemption process. Could someone please explain how I can redeem my EGC?

The electronic Gift Certificate (eGC) code will arrive at the qualified cardholder's registered mobile number.

This delivery will occur within a timeframe of 30 days from the date the cardholder becomes entitled to receive it.
