Who developed PCL?

PCL was initially developed by Willow Garage for the PR2 robot to process 3D data faster, later evolving into an independent, large-scale, open-source project. It was maintained and developed by Radu Bogdan Rusu from Munich University and Stanford, among others, and has since grown with contributions from multiple universities, institutes, and companies worldwide.
