Who founded Amaterasu?

Amaterasu, named after the Japanese sun goddess, is a super-high-energy cosmic RAY particle detected by the Telescope Array (TA) experiment. It was not 'founded' but rather detected and named by the TA collaboration. The particle is not an organization or entity that can be 'founded'.
