I've been seeing this term 'OOB data usage' a lot recently and I'm not quite sure what it means. Could someone please explain to me what OOB data usage is all about?

The decision to opt-in for OOB usage is entirely up to the customer. They are free to choose whether they want to continue accessing the service at the OOB rate or discontinue usage until their next bundle is activated.
