What rash can be mistaken for hand-foot-and-mouth?

I have a rash on my skin and I'm wondering if it could be hand-foot-and-mouth disease. However, I also know that there are other rashes that can be easily mistaken for it. What are those rashes that might look like hand-foot-and-mouth but are actually different?
