Does osmo oil need two coats?

Excuse me, I was wondering about the application process for osmo oil. Specifically, is it necessary to apply two coats of osmo oil to achieve the desired finish? I understand that osmo oil is known for its durability and ability to penetrate deeply into the wood grain, but I'm unsure if one coat is sufficient or if two coats are recommended for optimal protection and appearance.
