Do Kyrgyz speak Chinese?

Excuse me, but I'm curious about something. I've heard that Kyrgyzstan is a country located in Central Asia, and I'm wondering if the people there, the Kyrgyz, speak Chinese as a language? Is Chinese widely spoken or understood among the Kyrgyz population? Or do they primarily use their own native language and perhaps other languages of the region?
