Does South Korea support Binance?

I've heard quite a bit about Binance, the popular cryptocurrency exchange, and I'm wondering if South Korea is supportive of it. As a country that's been known to have a strong stance on regulating the cryptocurrency market, I'm curious if Binance has been able to gain traction there. Are there any regulations or policies in place that either encourage or discourage the use of Binance in South Korea? And if so, what are they? I'd like to understand the current state of affairs when it comes to Binance's presence in South Korea.
