Why is D drive so full?

Could you please explain why the D drive on my computer is running so low on space? I've noticed that it's been filling up quickly and I'm unsure of what might be causing this. Is it possible that there are large files or programs taking up too much memory? Or could it be something else entirely? I'm hoping to find a solution to this issue and free up some space on the drive. Thank you for your help.
