Do you use MAC Fix Plus before or after powder?

I'm curious to know, when it comes to applying makeup, do you find yourself using MAC Fix Plus before or after applying your powder? Is there a particular reason why you prefer one method over the other? Perhaps it's to lock in your makeup, provide a dewy finish, or even reduce the appearance of creases.
