Do all banks use e-transfer?

I'm curious to know if all banks offer e-transfer services as a method of transferring funds electronically. With the rise of digital banking and the increasing demand for convenience, it seems logical that many banks would have adopted this technology. However, I'm unsure if it's a universal service offered by all financial institutions.
