Can I use BitPay at an ATM?

Excuse me, I was wondering if I could clarify something about BitPay. I understand that BitPay is a popular payment processor for cryptocurrencies, but I'm curious if it's possible to use it at an ATM. Do you know if BitPay supports transactions directly at ATMs, or is it primarily used for online and in-store purchases?
