Is Windows 11 still free?

Hello there, I've been hearing a lot about Windows 11 lately and I'm wondering if it's still free to upgrade to from my current Windows 10 operating system? I've heard some rumors that there might be a fee involved now, so I just wanted to get some clarification on that. I'm a bit hesitant to upgrade if there's a cost associated with it, especially since I'm not sure what new features or improvements Windows 11 offers over Windows 10.
