Is ICP really decentralized?

Excuse me, but I've been hearing a lot about ICP lately and one of the main selling points is its decentralization. However, I'm not entirely convinced. Could you elaborate on how ICP truly achieves decentralization? What measures does it take to ensure that power isn't concentrated in the hands of a few individuals or organizations?
