Can you gift warframes?

I'm curious, is it possible to gift Warframes to friends or other players in the game? I've been playing for a while and have some extra Warframes that I don't use as often, and I was wondering if there's a way to share them with my community. It would be a great way to help out newer players and show off some of my collection. So, can you actually gift Warframes, or is that not an option in the game?
