What button do you press to unmute?

I'm curious, can you please clarify for me which button exactly do I need to press in order to unmute the audio? I've been looking around and I'm a bit unsure. Is it the one with the microphone symbol, or perhaps a different one? I just want to make sure I'm doing it correctly so that I can hear the rest of the presentation or conversation clearly.
