Is WebSEAL part of Isam?

Excuse me, I was just reading about WebSEAL and ISAM, and I'm a bit confused about the relationship between the two. Could you please clarify for me if WebSEAL is actually a part of ISAM, or are they separate entities that just work together? I'm trying to get a better understanding of how these technologies fit into the larger picture of web security and identity management. Thanks in advance for your help!
