Does Flipster have an app?

Excuse me, I was wondering if I could get some clarification on something. I've been hearing a lot about Flipster lately, and I'm quite interested in trying it out. However, I'm a bit of a tech-savvy person and prefer using apps on my phone for convenience. So, my question is, does Flipster have an app that I can download and use on my smartphone?
