Why is my cart lighting up but not hitting?

Hello there, I'm having a bit of an issue with my vaporizer or e-cigarette. Could you help me understand why my cart is lighting up but not actually delivering any vapor or "hitting"? I've tried adjusting the settings and ensuring there's enough charge in the battery, but nothing seems to be working. Could the problem be with the cartridge itself, or could it be something else entirely? Any insights you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
