How to get the most juice out of an orange?

So, I've got an orange in my hand, and I'm curious. How exactly do I go about getting the most juice out of this fruit? Do I squeeze it with my bare hands? Should I use a juicer? Or is there some secret technique that I'm not aware of? I'm all ears, because I want to make sure I'm not wasting any of that precious orange juice.
