Why can't I sell my crypto on OKX?

Hello there, I'm wondering why I'm having trouble selling my cryptocurrency on OKX. I've tried several times but it seems to be stuck or not going through. Could it be a technical issue, or is there something I'm missing in the process? I've checked my account balance and it shows that I have enough crypto to sell, so I'm really confused.
