Is qui a scabble word?

I'm curious, is "qui" actually a valid Scrabble word? I've seen it in a few places but I'm not sure if it's actually allowed in the game. Could you please clarify if it's an accepted Scrabble term, and if so, what's its point value? I'm a bit of a Scrabble enthusiast and I'd hate to miss out on any potential high-scoring opportunities!
